How do I place a call with Firsty?

Open your Firsty app and tap Calls. Enter any international phone number. The app will detect the destination country, show you the exact per-minute rate, and calculate how many minutes your balance will buy. Tap Call and connect instantly.

How much does Firsty international calling cost?

You choose from credit packs of one, five, ten, twenty or fifty euros. Credits never expire and you see the cost per minute and minutes available before every call, so there are no surprises.

Can I keep my own caller ID with Firsty international calling?

Yes. Every call you make will display your name and number on the recipient’s screen, just like a regular call from your phone.

Do I need a contract or specific Firsty plan?

There are no contracts or long-term voice plans and international calling works on every Firsty plan, including Firsty Free, Classic and Unlimited. Simply top up credits when you need them and start calling.

What happens if I run out of credits during a Firsty international call?
