Keeping Your Number or Getting a New One: What You Need to Know

Thinking of switching providers? Good news. You do not have to lose your current number. Whether you want to keep using the one everyone already knows or start fresh with a new one, we make it easy. You can transfer your number from many different providers. If you request a new number, it will always be a Dutch phone number.

Keep your current number without the hassle

You can take your number with you. We contact your old provider and arrange the transfer for you. There is nothing technical you need to do.

There is just one thing to check. Your current contract must have ended. If you are still in a fixed-term plan, you can either wait until it ends or pay a fee to cancel earlier. Once your contract has ended, the number transfer usually takes less than one day.

There are no costs involved. Keeping your number is completely free!

One more thing to remember. You still need to cancel your contract yourself with your old provider. We handle the number transfer, but ending the plan is up to you.

Prefer a new number?

That is possible too. You can request a new number at any time. It is a great option if you want a second line or just feel like a fresh start. You can even get a new number and keep your old one active at the same time.

Note: We only provide new Dutch phone numbers.

Quick recap
