From our marketing site and partner area to the internal growth console, developer docs and CLI, you own the tools that help us grow. And you build them agent-first, using Claude Code to direct, orchestrate and ship through AI agents.

Role Overview

This role is about owning the entire stack, from design to production. You build almost everything through Claude Code, running multiple agents in parallel, reviewing their work and creating the tools and workflows that make them better. You write the instructions, skills and plugins they need, connect them to Figma, Linear and Slack, and make sure what they build actually works. We care about what you ship, not how many lines of code you write.

What you own

The marketing site and partner area: Build and maintain our web experiences, turning Figma designs into polished, responsive interfaces.
The internal growth console: Build tools that help our team move faster, including agent-powered workflows that let non-technical people make changes through Slack.
Developer experience: Own our developer docs, APIs and CLI, making it easy for partners and developers to build with Firsty.
The agent infrastructure: Set up parallel agent workflows, CI/CD, testing and integrations with the tools our team uses. Make sure everything is reliable and ready to ship.

Who you are

You build agent-first. You're experienced with Claude Code, running multiple sessions in parallel and reviewing AI-generated code.
Strong with TypeScript, React and Next.js. You can turn Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces with great attention to detail.
Comfortable across the stack: Node.js, Postgres, APIs, authentication and payments.
You understand web performance, SEO, analytics and growth funnels. You know your way around Core Web Vitals, GA4, Tag Manager and PostHog.
You know how to ship reliably. CI/CD, Google Cloud, monitoring and testing are part of your toolkit. Vue, Storyblok and developer-facing products are a plus.

What We Offer

€3,500 to €7,500 gross per month, depending on experience.

The honest bit

You are the growth engineering team, not part of a big one. Huge ownership, nobody to hide behind.
The B2B funnel barely exists yet. You are building it, not tuning it. If you want a narrow ticket queue and a review on every PR, this is the wrong role.
AI agents are central to how we work. You'll need to be comfortable figuring things out, building new workflows and making sure what gets shipped actually works.
