How to Install Your Firsty eSIM on a Motorola Phone

Using a Motorola phone? Setting up your Firsty eSIM is simple. Just follow the steps below and you’ll be connected in no time. We’ve also added two short videos to help you along the way.

Step 1: Download the Firsty App and Choose a Plan

  1. Start by downloading the Firsty app from the Google Play Store.

  2. Open the app and log in or create a new account.

  3. Choose the plan that fits your needs. Whether you're going on a city trip or exploring across borders, there’s a plan for every kind of traveler.

  4. After you’ve selected your plan, the app will guide you through installing the eSIM. Just follow the steps on your screen.

Step 2: Turn On the eSIM in Your Settings

Once the eSIM is installed, you need to activate it in your phone settings.

  1. Go to Settings and tap on Network and Internet, then Mobile network.

  2. Find your Firsty eSIM profile and turn it on.

  3. Make sure Mobile data is enabled for the eSIM.

Step 3: Enable Data Roaming

To make sure your eSIM works while traveling, you need to switch on data roaming.

  1. Go back to Settings, open Network and Internet, and tap Mobile network.

  2. Select your Firsty eSIM and turn on Data roaming.

Step 4: Check Your Connection

  1. Open the Firsty app to make sure everything is working.

  2. If you don’t see a connection right away, wait a minute or restart your phone.

  3. You’re now ready to use Firsty and stay connected wherever you go.

Still not connected?

  1. Try going to Settings, then Mobile network, then Network operators.

  2. Turn off automatic selection and try choosing a network manually.

  3. Also check that your Firsty app is up to date in the Play Store.
