Using a Samsung phone with Firsty? Great choice. Setting up your Firsty eSIM is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below and use the videos to guide you along the way. You'll be connected in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Download the Firsty App and Choose a Plan

1. Open the Google Play Store and download the Firsty app

2. Create a new account or log in if you already have one

3. Pick the plan that fits your needs. Whether you're going on a short city trip or a longer adventure, there’s a Firsty plan for you

4. The app will guide you through the eSIM installation. Just follow the steps on screen

Step 2: Turn On the eSIM in Your Settings

Once the eSIM is installed, you need to activate it in your phone settings.

1. Go to Settings and go to Connections.

2. Tap on SIM Manager.

3. Find your Firsty eSIM profile and switch it on.

4. Check that Mobile data is enabled for the Firsty eSIM.

Step 3: Enable Data Roaming

To make sure your eSIM works while traveling, you need to switch on data roaming.

1. Go to Settings and open Connections.

2. Select Mobile networks.

3. Tap your Firsty eSIM and enable Data roaming.

Step 4: Check Your Connection

1. Open the Firsty app to make sure everything is working.

2. If you don’t see a connection right away, wait a minute or restart your phone.

3. You’re now ready to use Firsty and stay connected wherever you go.

Still not connected?

1. Try going to Settings, then Connections, then Mobile network, and tap Network operators.

2. Turn off automatic selection and try choosing a network manually.

3. Also check that your Firsty app is up to date in the Play Store.
