Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Lead who’s ready to take ownership of user acquisition. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing our growth strategy, scaling user acquisition through performance channels, partnerships, and growth loops — and ultimately making Firsty a household name.

You should have 2–7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, preferably at fast-growing consumer tech companies, and a track record of scaling users efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the user acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and viral channels.
Build and manage a high-performing growth team, starting hands-on and scaling as we grow.
Lead performance marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, in-app, Google) to drive efficient app installs and retention.
Design and execute experiments to drive growth: from landing page tests to onboarding flows and viral incentives.
Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the entire acquisition funnel.
Work with creative, product, and engineering to ship impactful growth features.
Optimize for key metrics like CAC, ROAS, CPI, and LTV.
Explore and launch new acquisition channels and partnership opportunities.
Assist in social media strategy's

Requirements:

2–7 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition roles.
Strong command of paid social (Meta, TikTok), mobile attribution (Appsflyer or equivalent), and funnel analytics.
Proven track record of scaling user growth efficiently and creatively.
Strategic mindset with the ability to go deep on execution when needed.
Strong data and experimentation skills — you test, measure, and iterate fast.
Experience collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams.
Comfortable in a high-velocity, constantly evolving startup environment.
Ambition to grow into a leadership role quickly.
