Plans change. Maybe you're taking a break or relying on Wi-Fi for a while. With Comfort+ and First Class, you can pause your plan and pick it up again when you're ready.
You can pause your plan if you’ve bought more than one day. It’s a simple way to stay flexible and use your data only when you need it. You can even resume your plan in a different country. If local data costs are higher there, a small extra charge may apply when you reactivate. The app will always let you know before you continue.
How does pausing work?
Your plan is paused by the day. Each day starts at the moment you activate your plan. If you choose to pause while a day is still active, that day will continue to run. The pause begins after the timer runs out for that day.
For example, if you activate your plan on Monday at 9 in the morning and hit pause on Wednesday at 4 in the afternoon, the pause will begin once your Wednesday time runs out. That way, you get the most out of the day you already started.
How do I pause?
Open the Firsty app and go to the home screen. Tap on Manage plan and select Pause Days. You’ll get a message showing how many hours are left in your current day and how many full days remain on your plan. Tap Pause now to confirm.
The pause will start as soon as today’s remaining time runs out. Until then, your current day continues as normal.
How do i unpause?
Ready to reconnect? Just open the Firsty app and tap the yellow button that says Resume ... Days. Then hit Continue to restart your plan.
Your remaining days will be added back to your timer, and your plan picks up right where it left off. If you are now in a different country with higher data costs, the app will let you know about any extra charges before reactivation.
